Any Airbrushed Images, or pictures from the Digital Collection, Flower Pictures or other Fine Art Pictures can be printed as Giclée Prints. The prints are printed onto Fine Art Paper with archival quality inks by a professional print service who print to Fine Art Trade Guild standards. Prints can be sent rolled in a tube, or for £5 extra they can be wrapped with a back mat, or with mount, back mat and wrap. Archival Quality Giclée Prints - made to order |

Giclée prints are printed onto some of the finest quality Fine Art papers, some made from wood free pulp from managed forests, others from cotton. All papers are of archival quality and are printed with archival quality water based inks that will last at least 75 years. A certificate of authenticity is included for most prints.

The Airbrushed Images are available only as Open Editions. Most of the Airbrushed Images were originally A6, DL or slightly smaller than A6 so these will not generally reproduce well if they are larger than A5.

A few Airbrushed Images will reproduce OK as an A4 image size on A3 paper, @ £45. Please check before ordering for viability if you require an A4 size Airbrushed Image.
Prices are for Unframed Prints. Add £5 for prints with back mat and wrap or with mount, back mat and clear wrap. Individual quotes for Framed Prints are available on request.
AL OTHER PRINTS are made to order and they are usually dispatched within 2 weeks of receipt of a paid order, but allow up to 30 days for delivery. If you require a quick turn around, please contact me to see if this is possible. Prices are valid until further notice.
UK P&P = £7 including insurance for one unframed print. Prints without a back mat will be sent in a tube. P&P for larger quantities, or framed images, on request.
HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT TERMS Payment with order please
By Debit or Credit Card as well as PayPal payments Place your order by e-mail (or include the e-mail address with orders sent by post or fax) and I can send a payment request to you in the form of an e-mail sent from the PayPal site which has a link back to PayPal. (no PayPal account required). Payments made using PayPal are secure and are PCI DSS compliant (see their UK website for details).
By Bank Transfer Please contact me and I will forward the details for paying money directly into my business account. By Cheque or Postal Order Please make these payable to Anne Fontenoy and send them to the above address. N.B. Post dated cheques are not accepted. By Cash I will accept cash for goods sold in person to you, or cash sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is an insured service.
Remember - Giclée prints can be produced from any of my flower and fine art pictures, as well as from the air brushed images or any designs from the Digital Collection.
All images of any media can be produced as note cards or notelets.

Signed, Framed prints available from stock
The following images are available framed from stock and are printed onto 310 gsm smooth fine art paper made from 100% cotton rag. They are A3 images on A3+ paper (485 x 330 mm = 19 x 13 in) in frames measuring 507 x 406 mm (20 x 16 in) into the rebate with a frame moulding approx. 23mm wide x 12 mm deep. See Fine Art Pictures page for close up sample of picture frame moulding. “Acid free” mounts are natural white, and the images are mounted with archival hinging tape onto archival backing board. The images below this text are examples of how the prints look when framed and mounted as described.

AlphaBeta from the exhibition Roots in Tunbridge Wells
An Illustration of the History of the Alphabet
This image is inspired by the study of Classical Greek that was part of my Open University Diploma in Classical Studies. During one of the courses there was some information in the Resources folder about the roots of the letters of the Greek alphabet. This led me to do some further reading. The Phoenicians from the land of the rising sun (the Levant, part of the Fertile Crescent) sailed the Mediterranean. They traded papyrus and a purple dye, which comes from a sea mollusc called murex. This dye was often used to dye the robes of priests and kings, and was sometimes called Tyrian purple. Through this trade, the ancient Greeks became familiar with the Phoenician alphabet and adapted it for their own language, changing the direction of many letters, and adding vowels. The Latin alphabet which we use today, evolved from the Greek letters and many other Indo-European alphabets have roots in the Phoenician alphabet The Greek statue is a photo of one of my apparel designs on a dressmaker’s dummy, which I edited with photo editing software so that it looks like an old statue (well, a bit like bas-relief).
